FLORIDA - The United American Committee's Orlando chapter is urging activists in the anti-Jihad movement to peacefully attend an open event being held by the radical terror support group the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) in order to challenge CAIR and to make law enforcement personnel aware of the group's terrorist activities.
WHAT: CAIR event with law enforcement
WHEN: Saturday, April 21, 2007, 2 p.m.
WHERE: The Florida Institute of Technology, Life Sciences Building
Room 130
150 W. University Boulevard, Melbourne, Florida
CAIR has organized the event with unsuspecting law enforcement agencies on the subject of how to deal with possible hate crimes, and on what CAIR refers to as anti-Muslim hate speech. CAIR leadership openly supports Hamas, a designated terrorist group, and while the United American Committee categorically condemns any violence against any peoples and their places of worship, the UAC believes that to allow a terror support group an unchallenged venue to address law enforcement is gravely dangerous, and those in attendance must be made aware of the group's extreme actions.
We urge all loyal Americans in the region to attend this event and to pose questions/challenges to CAIR
